BCS Outrage Cont'd

How in the world can a team that loses decisively to two teams that were both unranked at the time and their last game of the year lose to one of those teams end up still finishing fifth in the BCS rankings? This is ridiculous! All of the two loss teams in the nation that are in any of the power conferences should be ranked above USC! This is absolute madness! Stop the press! Why is no one talking about this? True, it’s a big story that Florida moved ahead of Michigan in the rankings but the more absurd question is how is USC losing to two unranked teams ahead of any two loss teams let alone a one-loss team and an undefeated team. Needless to say, I AM OUTRAGED!

Thanks for visiting, stop back by here soon! Don't be a stranger!

Plus, as a reward to USC for losing to two unranked teams, they get to play in a BCS bowl game that is only about a 30 minute drive away from there campus, IT”S A HOME GAME! THEY GET A STINKIN’ HOME GAME FOR GETTING THERE BUTT”S BEAT BY TWO UN-RANKED TEAMS!!!!!!

Brian, I am guessing you are not a USC fan. There needs to be a playoff system for seasons such as this.

I do like USC, I especially love the song that they play while their marching the ball down the field! I am just not a PAC-10 guy and I hate injustice, when things just aren't right it makes me very angry! When teams can lose to two unranked teams and be ranked higher than one loss teams I think to myself, what would Mississippi State be ranked if they played the same schedule with the same outcomes? The answer, probably about 18th or 19th, certainly not fifth! Thanks for visiting and we do desperately need a playoff, call it December Madness!

If MLB used the same system as the BCS (a.k.a. Bull Crap System), then the Cubs would always be stuck playing in the infamous "Southwestern Montana Mayonnaise and Peanuts Bowl".

Can someone explain to me why Illinois didn't get into a BCS bowl? We smoked Eastern Illinois.
